PHP was founded with a strong desire to give back to the community and positively impact the lives of those in need. The organization works diligently to ensure that it is providing the highest quality items to its clients, striving to meet their needs without requiring them to join waiting lists for essential items.

To access the services provided by PHP, individuals must go through a referral process. The organization operates on a referral-only basis, and individuals can contact one of PHP's partner agencies, listed on their website, to initiate the process of receiving support.
